Q: Do I have to exercise to lose weight on your program?
A: No you don’t have to exercise on the Lean4Life program to lose weight. If you chose to exercise it will increase the speed at which you will lose weight. Exercise will increase the amount of calories that your body burns each day. Even if you start with just a walk around the neighborhood it will help accelerate your weight loss. Make sure that you check with your health care provider before starting any exercise program.
Q: What should I do if I fall off the wagon?
A: Get right back on! Don’t let a small set back discourage you. Your final goal will not be affected as long as you get right back to the program immediately.
Q: Can anyone lose weight on your program?
A: We have found that everyone that has followed our program has lost weight. Everyone progresses at different rates so don’t get discouraged with your progress just stick with it. There were months that Ron lost 8 pounds and months he lost 18 pounds. They were both good months.
Q: What do I do if I suddenly stop losing weight? (Hit a plateau)
A: The Lean4Life program has a built in feature that helps prevent the typical weight loss plateau. If you find that you do hit a plateau, go back and make sure that you are weighing or measuring your portions correctly. The biggest mistake we find that people make is not accurately measuring their portions.
Q: Can I keep the weight off long term with this program?
A: Yes, this is not just a diet it is a lifestyle change. As long as you stay on the program you will be able to maintain your new weight.
Q: What do I do when I reach my goal weight?
A: By the time you reach your goal weight the Lean4Life program has already taught you how to maintain a healthy weight. Since you didn’t have to purchase prepackaged meals or specialty items like bars or shakes you won’t be left with the question “Now what?” You will just make some simple adjustments that are all spelled out in the Lean4Life book.
